As President and CEO of First Florida Financial Group, LLC my staff and I are committed to providing the highest level of customer service in the mortgage industry. Over the years I have personally loaned over 100 million dollars to consumers in the automotive finance industry. Over the past few years have turned my focus to the home mortgage industry and designed and developed CashToolbox loan programs that can help borrowers qualify for a mortgage that other wise couldn’t. Having originated many home loans myself I fully understand the importance of paying attention to the details that make the mortgage process go smoothly. I am involved in our community and versed on the trends and technology in the mortgage industry. As a Florida native I helped open First Florida Financial Group, LLC. I have an extensive background in customer sales, mortgage originating, and over the years, have also experienced mortgage processing. I was born and grew up on the Space Coast. I attended the University of Florida on a Merit Scholarship, but received my degree in Philosophy with a minor in history at Loyola University in New Orleans. I also have continuing education in Crime Scene Investigation which makes me very attentive to details. I have travelled all over the world and given a lot of my time to charities and volunteer work. Steve’s career, spanning nearly 15 years, evolved into a foray into his own business as an industry consultant. Adding an additional core consulting career of successes over the ensuing 6+ years, Steve embodies tremendous real estate, construction, and development expertise, which complements expertly his mortgage brokering career, spanning the past 12 years. Steve’s most recent career path found him taking on the commercial lending and brokering industry and has continued to specialize in that arena. Steve has honed his skills and grown his reputation as a front-line endeavor, and has maintained a visible notoriety in the commercial arena consistently since 2003.
